| MEET: | Laredo, Texas; either Laredo International Airport or La Posada Hotel (800-244-2099 for reservations) Many people elect to drive their own vehicle to the Ranch which is only a few miles into Mexico, or you may park your auto or when flying in, La Posada will pick you up at the Airport and return you back there. Many hunters elect to fly in the day before, overnight at La Posada Hotel and sightsee, shop in Mexico. You can walk from La Posada or check out the Night Life then rest well and proceed to the Ranch the next Day. |

PM and 2 PM either at La Posada Hotel or Laredo International Airport.

| HUNT SESSIONS: | Each Hunt is for 4 (Four) sessions – Two Morning and Two Afternoon Hunts. Extra sessions are extra money. You may, when time and room are available, extend or start your hunt 2 sessions or 1 Day-2 extra hunts for $300. Must be booked 30-60 days in advance. |
| GUNS: | The Club has numerous 870 Remington Pump Shotguns you may use free of charge - Mostly 12 gauge. The Club offers semi-automatic Benelis, Berrettas, and several over-and-under Citori look alike shotguns for $50.00 the weekend or 4 sessions. Each hunter is responsible for his shotgun and if it breaks, he is liable for the cost of repair. You may elect to bring your own shotgun; however, the cost is $375.00 US per individual and you may be delayed at the border up to 5 hours and more, beyond our control. The cost was $300 last year. We think it is best to use Club’s guns. |
| COSTS: | The cost for this years hunt is $1,200.00 per hunter, which includes your first Dove License, permits, lodging, meals, maid service, pick-up and return to Laredo, Texas at pre-scheduled time, extras include shotgun shells $12.00/box, gun rentals if you prefer $50, and tips usually 10-15% of the cost of the hunt. The Club collects the tip fund so everyone is treated equally. Please do not tip the help individually. Beer, special wines or imported liquors are not included. Please bring them from the USA. No intoxicated hunters are allowed in a field and anyone who is intoxicated is asked to leave. We serve Margaritas after the afternoon hunt. |
| PAYMENTS: | Fifty percent ($647.50) is required per person to book your hunt and secure your session. The remainder 50% ($647.50) is due 60 days prior to the seasons open. If you book within 60 days of your hunt please send the full amount per hunter ($1,295). There are group discounts on groups of 6 or more. There are no cash refunds possible; however, if you cannot come you may be allowed to substitute another hunter in your place at no charge if 60 days prior to your hunt or if it is within 30 days for $300, for new license & permits fee. Rain, hurricane, acts of God, or changes of laws are beyond our control; and if these occur, we will reschedule at mutual agreement. Perhaps, ever one your later. |
| LIABILITY: | The Ranch, Club, Owners, workers, and help advise that if you hurt with Laredo Hunt Club that hunting is dangerous and you acknowledge this and hunt strictly under your own risk. |
