ARRIVE &
DEPART |
We pick up at 10:00 to 12:00 Noon on the First day scheduled and return you at 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM the Last Day schedule. We pick up at either Laredo International Airport or La Posada Hotel (956-722-1701). Any unscheduled pick up or departure (50 miles roundtrip) is subject to a fee of $100 per vehicle - Town trips are the same price, as it is some 80 miles about. You are scheduled to hunt the first afternoon, that you are scheduled to be picked up and the morning of the day you leave. Please help us keep these schedules as we have other hunters as well as employees who adhere as well. |
| HUNTS: |
We primarily hunt elevated stands and let you hunt your stand until you ask to be moved. Rattling works very well usually. If you do not shoot your deer, you are invited (Free) to come back and hunt additional sessions however the hunting is free, but we charge $200 per day any part of any day for meals and board. (Same season, usually the same Ranch) at mutually agreed times. |
| RIFLES: |
We urge you to bring the your own rifle that you shoot best from 243 to 375. And will assist you in entering your rifle (No extra charge
except in the bargain hunts of $4000 or less
); however, if you insist, you may use Club rifles 243 to 300 caliber at no extra charge. However, you must sign a release that if you miss or wound the deer of a lifetime, it is your own fault and not the Club or any individual. |
| COSTS: |
$5,500 to $6500 per hunter – which includes all lodging, meals, permits, guides, if you desire; however, these are Mexican guides and the Club allows guides Not to Ever say shoot.( We have a Special bargain hunt for 8 and 9 points or less for $2495 on a developing ranch) But point out game and render opinions to hunters as small, medium = "Medio" or Large = "Grande" – Only you the hunter can decide to shoot them and to be proud of your Trophy. |
| PAYMENTS: |
One half, $2,750 on booking and the second half $2,750 by October 1 (60 days prior to hunting seasons). The Club holds the right to sell your hunt if you do not keep timely payments, the cancellation or delay of hunts. The Club makes No Cash Refunds whatsoever; At a late date we cannot sell this hunt and NO REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE, however, you may substitute another hunter in your place until 30 days prior to season (November 1) of if a late take substitution, you may be allowed to substitute for ($600) – licenses and permits costs. However, once your license and permits are purchased, you may not be able to substitute and if you enter the Ranch, you may not substitute or transfer your right. Any rain-outs, Acts of God, changes of laws which cause the club Not to be able to hunt, will be rescheduled in the same season, or at some other Ranches at a later date of mutual consent. There can be no roll overs into the next season for any reason. |
TROPHY
CARE &
RETURN: |
You may take home your antlers, hide, and meat if you prefer; however, the hide must be frozen solid (24 hours) to enter the USA). The Club will assist in your preparation for shipment. However, each hunter should be responsible in directing the Club Helpers while preparing your Trophies. Ask your taxidermist how he would like to have your deer's hide for a mount. If you shoot your deer and leave before the hide is frozen, you are responsible for costs incurred in having your Trophy's hide prepared, crossed, and shipped them C.O.D. about $150 usually. |
